$15- 17•
DOE Hours:
25- hours per week
- Monday-Thursdays 2:00pm-6:30pm, Fridays 12:00pm-6:30pm Potential for more hours during summer programming.
JOB SUMMARY
Youth Development Professionals (YDP) facilitate fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities for youth or teens from diverse backgrounds. Using our three priority outcomes- academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles
- as a guide, Youth Development Professionals run programs, offer support, and ensure that every Club Member has an Optimal Club Experience that sets them up for lifelong success.

- mentorship with industry leaders and organization-wide training Key Roles (Essential Job Responsibilities): Plan and implement daily group activities with youth ages 6-12 Transport youth in Club vehicles (school pick-ups, fieldtrips, etc.
Needed Knowledge:
Ability to work in high-energy, loud, and active settings with large groups of youth and teens Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish them in a detailed, timely manner Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with Club Members, peers, parents, community leaders, etc. Self-motivated, and comfortable with both independent and collaborative processes Strong group management skillsRequirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent 21 years and over (to meet driving requirements), and be willing and able to drive 15-passenger vans Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screeningPreferred Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish/English The pay range for this role is: 15- 17 USD per hour(Midvale Club)
