This full-time job pays $25 - $28 per hour to start, depending on your experience. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Each day, you will drive straight from your home to the job site. There is no need to report to an office before starting your day.

LEAD PLUMBING INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of professional plumbing experience, with a focus on installations Clean driving record and experience operating a company vehicle Utah Journeyman or Master Plumber license Experience leading a helper or small installation crew Experience managing sold jobs independently from start to finish Strong communication skills Strong familiarity in residential and light commercial plumbing installations Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, layouts, and installation specifications Proficiency using field-service software for documentation Excellent troubleshooting, material-planning, and job-site organization skills

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Lead Plumbing Installation Technician, you will check the job details, make sure you have the right materials, and lead the job from beginning to end. You will have a helper to support you, and you will show them what to do to keep the project moving. Your work will always meet Utah plumbing codes and our company's high standards. You will talk with managers, customers, and property managers to give updates or handle any issues. You will also keep clear records, take before-and-after photos, and turn in invoices and receipts before closing each job. You will focus on quality work, not on selling or finding new jobs.
