Position Summary/Responsibilities The Youth Support Partner (YSP) is a member of the Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) team. The ideal person for this position will have lived experience (within the past 10 years) of navigating the adolescent behavioral health system, is outgoing, energetic and has the skills to connect with children and adolescents through their own life experiences while maintaining appropriate boundaries. The Youth Support Partner is responsible for engaging youth in the High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) process, gathering information from the youth about their strengths and challenges, preparing them for team meetings and helping them connect with other youth and with natural and community supports. The Youth Support Partner supports youth in finding and expressing their voice and sharing their experiences. Hiring Range The anticipated base salary for the Case Manager Medication Maintenance position is $38,563.20 to $40,705.60. Actual compensation offered within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities), geographic location, complexity of role, and other relevant business considerations.
