SHIFT YOUTH CARE WORKER
Bella's Group Home is seeking experienced, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our team as 3rd Shift Youth Care Workers. We provide care and supervision to adolescent youth involved in the Child Welfare System within a structured, trauma-informed group home environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be available to work a minimum of 3-4 days per week, including weekends. Prior experience working with children in this field is required. Must remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire overnight shift. Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining scheduled work hours. Must be comfortable working with youth who may display challenging behaviors. Must be able to provide structure, supervision, guidance, and trauma-informed support. Must complete required documentation and safety checks. Must maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. Must successfully complete all required background checks, training, and employment requirements. We are seeking candidates who understand the importance of consistency, patience, professionalism, and providing quality care to youth who have experienced trauma.
