Software Engineer Lead - Onsite#26-03002 Pittsburgh, PA Strongsville, OH On-site Contract Starts 3/16/2026 Ends 2/26/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Software Engineer Lead for an onsite contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. This is a 12+ month contract to hire opportunity. This role involves the technical design and development of software solutions within the financial industry, specifically supporting Liquidity Risk Management (LRM) and banking regulatory submissions. The ideal candidate will work within an Agile/Scrum team to propose and design software solutions that addressplex business needs, leveraging expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and advanced SQL.

Responsibilities:

Create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions Propose and design software solutions to addressplex business needs Prepare technical and procedural documentation Facilitateplex problem resolution and provide technical guidance to colleagues Review coding, testing, and documentation of software modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives Develop advanced dashboards and analytical reports using BI platforms

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8 years of relevant experience required Hands-on experience with Tableau Experience with Axiom Knowledge of Banking-Regulatory Submissions (specifically
