Senior Business Systems Analyst - Onsite#26-05224 Pittsburgh, PA Strongsville, OH On-site Contract Starts 5/18/2026 Ends 5/07/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for an onsite position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. This is a 12+ month contract to hire opportunity. This role participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will formulate and define the system scope and objectives based on user needs, direct business process improvement projects, and provide rmendations for resolving business issues while mitigating risk.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and production specifications for technology application changes Formulate and define the system scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes Direct business process improvement projects for internal business groups Identify and document all system constraints, implications, and consequences of proposed changes Write user stories utilizing AI technologies and the Microsoft Power Platform Perform requirements elicitation for functional and non-functional requirements Create user stories and acceptance criteria Develop current state and future state process models Conduct gap analysis and impact analysis Manage traceability and scope

Requirements:

6-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira Technical acumen with SQL and data modeling Strong problem-solving abilities Experience with cross-functional collaboration Project management skills Desired skills: Financial/banking industry knowledge or experience Experience with automation software (e.g., Automation Anyw) Experience with AI technologies (e.g., Co-Pilot) Pay range: $45.99 - $53.99 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
