Job Description

The RoleWe are hiring a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help drive daily kitchen operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who:

Leads by example on the lineHolds the team accountable to standardsThrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentCan step in and run the kitchen when neededYou will be expected to execute, enforce, and lead not just assist.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and lead daily kitchen operations across all stationsEnsure consistency, speed, and quality on every serviceSupervise line, prep, pantry, and dish teamsTrain and develop BOH staff to meet performance standardsEnforce cleanliness, organization, and food safetyAssist with inventory, ordering, and prep systemsHelp execute daily/weekly features with consistency and efficiencyStep in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef s absenceWhat We re Looking ForExperience as a Sous Chef or strong line cook ready to step up in a high-volume kitchenCulinary training or equivalent hands-on experience preferredStrong work ethic and leadership presenceAbility to stay calm, organized, and in control during busy serviceDetail-oriented with a focus on execution and consistencyTeam-first mentality with no egoWillingness to learn, grow, and take ownershipCompensationCompetitive hourly or salary (based on experience)Opportunity for growth into senior leadership rolesStable, high-volume environment with strong ownership supportWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to be part of a team that is actively raising the standard.
