We bring four core services together under one roof — one-on-one stretching, professional massage therapy, red light therapy, and infrared sauna — to help our members move better, recover faster, and feel their best. We're a new concept seeking a Studio Managing Partner to take ownership of our flagship location from day one and play a key role in running the business. The Role The Studio Managing Partner will be the heartbeat of Ola Stretch & Wellness. You'll lead the day-to-day operations, build and develop the team of stretch specialists, massage therapists, and front-desk staff, drive membership sales, own the member experience, and partner directly with ownership to make this location succeed. This is a true leadership role with founding-team responsibility. What You'll Own Store Opening Hire and onboard: stretch specialists, massage therapists, front-desk / member experience staff, etc. Develop training plans and onboard the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience Set up and configure the booking and POS system, specifically Mangomint and Kinotek Develop standard operating procedures for daily operations, cleanliness, intake, and member experience Build partnerships — chiropractors, gyms, golf clubs, fitness groups, corporate wellness programs, etc. Coordinate intro membership offers, pre-sale campaigns, and community outreach Daily Operations Open and/or close the studio; uphold cleanliness, safety, and service standards Lead, schedule, train, and develop the stretch specialist, LMT, and front-desk team Drive sales and conversion through intro sessions, consultations, follow-ups, and personal outreach Own the full member experience with every interaction, every visit, every return Run the booking system, manage scheduling, payments, and member account management Continue building local partnerships and community presence Who You Are Required 1-3 years of management experience in stretch, massage, wellness, boutique fitness, hospitality, or membership-based service business Proven ability to hire, train, and lead a team of 3-5+ employees or service providers Strong sales instincts — comfortable with consultative selling and member retention Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable with technology — booking software, POS systems, scheduling tools, basic software Self-directed, organized, and able to wear many hats in a startup environment Reliable and willing to be hands-on with whatever the studio needs day-to-day Highly Preferred Florida Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) — if you're licensed and want to do hands-on work alongside management duties, that's a major plus and unlocks meaningful additional earning potential. Many of our best candidates will combine the two. Experience opening a new studio location from scratch Understanding of stretch methodology (PNF / FST / proprioceptive techniques) and massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, sports), with the ability to coach a team to deliver a consistent member experience Local roots and network in Belleair Bluffs, Clearwater, Largo, Belleair, or the broader Pinellas County area

What We Offer Compensation:

$52,000 base salary with bonus

Paid Time Off:

Two full weeks of PTO, plus major holidays off (including Christmas and Thanksgiving)

Continuing Education:

Any continuing education for licenses, certifications, or ongoing training will be paid for
