Creating Seamless Guest Experiences Located in Islamorada, Cheeca Lodge & Spa invites a dynamic Spa Reception & Retail Attendant to bridge our serene spa and vibrant retail boutique. This role is ideal for those who excel in providing exceptional guest service in both spa and retail environments.

Position Overview:

This is a dual position - you will work some days in our Spa and some days in our Boutique Store.

Key Responsibilities Spa Desk Operations:

Greet and check in spa guests, schedule/modify appointments, and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the spa areas including the fitness center, locker rooms, and lounge. Stay informed about all spa services, operation times, and retail merchandise. Sell products, maintain display areas, and restock as needed. Manage charges to accounts and handle payment methods.

Retail Boutique Duties:

Welcome customers warmly, assisting them in finding perfect gifts and introducing exclusive Cheeca products. Provide expert advice on products, process sales transactions using our POS system, and maintain the visual appeal of the shop. Craft attractive merchandise displays to highlight new arrivals, seasonal selections, and exclusive offers. Manage inventory and address customer inquiries with professionalism to ensure a satisfying shopping experience.

Requirements:

Experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a boutique or gift shop. Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service. Detail-oriented with creative merchandising skills, particularly in displaying exclusive products. Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in basic math and experience with POS systems.
