The assignment involves working with a small group of six students in grades 3-5, in a structured special education setting reinforced by a dedicated support team. Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Current, active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License EBD licensure highly preferred Proven experience in center-based or high-needs behavioral classroom settings Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing IEPs, BIPs, progress monitoring, and behavioral interventions Exceptional classroom management and behavior de-escalation abilities Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills Experience in Setting III or center-based classrooms (preferred) Background with PBIS, CPI, or trauma-informed behavioral intervention strategies (preferred) Prior work supporting elementary students with behavioral needs (preferred)
