with On-Demand Pay•Special Education Teacher We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with diverse learning needs. This position offers a competitive salary, with certified teachers starting at $58,000 for the 10-month school year . Those who choose to work the summer session can earn an additional $9,600 , bringing the total potential earnings to $67,600 . Candidates who are actively working toward their certification will be considered at a lower starting rate. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), providing differentiated instruction to meet the unique needs of each student, and fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills are essential. Qualified candidates should have a strong commitment to supporting students with special needs.
