Special Education Teacher Brattleboro, VT

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join a supportive school district in Brattleboro, VT. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with diverse learning needs and a passion for helping students succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Provide instruction and support to students with special needs Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and parents Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

Active Vermont Special Education Teaching License Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills
