Qualifications & Experience:

Dual certification in Early Childhood Education and Special Education is required. Previous experience working with pre-K or early childhood populations is highly desirable. Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's strengths. Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, families, and related service providers. Adaptability and a passionate commitment to inclusive and developmentally appropriate practices.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction and interventions for students with diverse learning needs. Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and contribute to IEP meetings.
