26/27 School Year ________________________________________ Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team. The SLP will work with students across a range of grade levels to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. This role is essential in supporting students' academic success, social development, and overall well-being. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and informal assessment tools Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student needs and educational goals Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with federal and state regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning Provide consultation and training to school staff on communication strategies and accommodations Monitor and track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed ________________________________________ Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (or Clinical Fellow welcome to apply) Experience in a school setting preferred but not required Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Compensation for this position ranges from $44.87 to $64.87.
