About Us Palm Tree Speech Therapy is a growing pediatric therapy practice providing speech and occupational therapy services across clinic, school, and community settings in Brevard County. We are actively expanding our team. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team with opportunities in: Clinic-based therapy School-based services (2026-2027 school year planning) Potential hybrid schedule This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to build a caseload quickly . Responsibilities Provide speech-language evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Complete documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with families, schools, and team members Supervise SLPA(s) as appropriate What We Offer Flexible scheduling (build your ideal week) Mix of clinic + school opportunities Administrative support for scheduling, intake, and billing Competitive hourly compensation Compensation structure for direct therapy time and documentation Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding practice Supportive, collaborative environment Qualifications Active Florida SLP license ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered depending on support needs) Experience with pediatric population preferred Ability to work independently and manage schedule Ideal Candidate Enjoys flexibility and variety in their work setting Interested in both clinic and/or school-based services Comfortable supervising or open to supervising SLPAs Looking to grow with a supportive and expanding practice Start Date Flexible start Priority for Summer 2026 onboarding and Fall school placement
