Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Support students' success by providing expert speech-language services in an educational setting near Fairfield, CA. This full-time contract position runs the entire school year, offering an opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication skills and overall learning experience.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to manage caseloads across a range of student abilities and ages Your responsibilities will include: Assessing and identifying speech, language, and communication needs of students Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with educators, families, and support staff Delivering direct therapy services individually or in small groups Monitoring student progress, maintaining thorough documentation, and preparing regular reports Offering support through consultation with teachers and participation in IEP meetings Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture This contract role is an excellent match for dedicated SLPs seeking a dynamic school assignment throughout the full academic year.
