Opportunity:
Join a collaborative and innovative engineering team where you will play a key role in developing and improving manufacturing and production processes for advanced products and systems. This position offers the opportunity to apply your engineering expertise across process design, testing, manufacturing flow, and continuous improvement initiatives while working alongside cross-functional teams in a dynamic production environment. Candidates with experience in manufacturing engineering and a background in optics are highly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement manufacturing process plans, test requirements, production flow, and capacity plans to support efficient operations. Review product designs for manufacturability and producibility, recommending process and design improvements. Perform engineering analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation of production processes and systems. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and junior engineers in daily manufacturing activities. Support continuous improvement initiatives while promoting the organization's mission, values, and operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in engineering Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
What Sets You Apart:
Experience with Creo and/or SolidWorks Basic understanding of GD&T and Drawing standards Basic understanding of Circuit Card Assembly fabrication a plus. Specialties may include manufacturing, production, industrial, tooling, testing, processing, and robotics. Experience with Mil Spec hardware, Electronics and/or Electro-Optical equipment assembly and testing is desired.
Lean / Six
Sigma training is strongly desired.
