Job Description
SSOP Clerk
JOB SUMMARY
The SSOP clerk will provide daily support for all Operations, activities in association with the employees at customer sites. The individual will be responsible for a variety of Safety-related functions, including proper completion of new hire documentation and paperwork, on-boarding activities and site activity records and monitoring.EDUCATION
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalentPreferred:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldEXPERIENCE

(S):Specialized Skills/License/Certification Required:
Proficient in MS Office, ability to work well in a team environment, knowledge of Regulations, data entry and communication skills, good organizational skills and attention to detail.Preferred:
Experience with recordkeeping, benefits administration experience, bilingual (English and Spanish). Ability to work independently and experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment.CORE COMPETENCIES
(Essential Job Functions) Monitor and takes corrective action as necessary daily for NR's given by USDA Monitor and takes corrective action as necessary daily for bacteria findings and negative trends. Monitor and takes corrective action as necessary for tote wash room. Ensure all responsible parties perform follow-up procedures for areas identified with corrective action required. Maintain personnel records and practice accurate recordkeeping, including all disciplinary actions, timekeeping. Enroll, update, and terminate employee benefits as necessary. Maintain training records and ensure individuals are up to date on training. Conduct weekly safety meetings. Enter data and prepare regular reports for analysis, including the weekly staffing report to be provided to designated management and plant managemenJob Type:
