Part-Time Stable Team Member West Hills Stable - West Salem Nestled in the scenic hills of West Salem, West Hills Stable is a welcoming, full-service equestrian facility dedicated to exceptional care for both horses and people. Our facility features 15 spacious stalls, a large indoor riding arena, and comfortable clubhouse-style amenities . We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a part-time stable team member to join us on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM . Key Responsibilities Thorough daily stall cleaning Ensuring fresh, clean water for all horses Feeding, blanketing, and turning horses in and out Routine cleaning and upkeep of indoor spaces, including: lobby, breakroom, bathrooms Operating a small tractor with a manure spreader Using an electric sweeper for facility maintenance Qualifications Prior experience working with horses is required Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependable and team-oriented Organized, punctual, and safety-conscious Must be at least 18 years old Able to lift up to 40 pounds Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding care for horses and takes pride in their work.
