Job DescriptionJob Description Staff Accountant - On-Site | Cranberry Township, PA Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to grow into a more well-rounded role? We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support full-cycle accounting operations in a dynamic, manufacturing, and team-oriented environment. This position offers hands-on exposure across multiple areas of accounting, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their skill set and take on broader responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing Billing and collections activities Assist with month-end close, including journal entries Payroll processing and reporting. Support basic HR-related administrative tasks Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Experience in accounting with AP/AR responsibilities Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics Great Plains a plus) Familiarity with payroll systems preferred (CBIZ) Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus This is a fully on-site role offering a collaborative, supportive work environment with flexibility around scheduling.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
