About the Role The Staff Accountant will be responsible for various accounting tasks and will play a key role in the financial reporting process. Responsibilities Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Fixed asset and depreciation accounting Analyze financial results (benchmarks, trends, performance metrics) Compose Balance Sheet account reconciliations Ready monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting Manage monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP Bring a daily dedication to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process Other duties as assigned. Qualifications BA/BS in Accounting Required Skills Minimum 2-4 years of overall general accounting experience Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines Strong time management and organizational skills Competence with financial data analysis and report generation that is prompt and accurate Proficient in ERP systems Accomplished in analytical, quantitative and social skills Deep understanding of depreciation Microsoft Excel experience is required (Including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) Comprehensive knowledge of month end closings Knowledge of fixed assets Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills SAP experience would be great Pay range and compensation package Details regarding the pay range or salary will be provided during the interview process.
