Staffing Sales Representative

Dynasty Employment Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for developing new client relationships and expanding our presence within the staffing industry. We are looking for someone with staffing industry experience preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate who has a strong sales mindset, positive attitude, and desire to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business and develop client relationships Identify and target potential clients in warehousing, manufacturing, and other industries Present staffing solutions and service offerings to clients Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction Work closely with the recruiting team to fulfill client needs Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics Conduct client visits, calls, and follow-ups

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience required (staffing industry experience preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional and positive attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Why Join Dynasty Employment Solutions? $1,000.00 - $1,250.00 per week
