• making this an exciting time to join a company that is scaling quickly and investing heavily in content and commerce. The Role We are looking for a Live Show Producer to run the behind-the-scenes execution of our TikTok live shopping shows. This role is the control center
• managing the flow of each live, supporting the host, moderating chat, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from a production and performance standpoint.

• Timonium, MD (Sterling Forever HQ) Responsibilities Run live shopping broadcasts from a production standpoint Moderate live chat
• manage comments, highlight key questions, and support the host in real time Coordinate timing, product flow, and transitions during live shows Troubleshoot issues during live sessions (technical or operational) Work closely with the host to ensure a seamless, high-energy experience Track performance insights and help optimize future live sessions What We're Looking For Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced live environment Strong attention to detail and ability to think quickly under pressure Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in camera, lighting, and audio setup Comfortable running and troubleshooting basic production equipment during live sessions Confident communicator•able to step in on camera or voice when needed (this is NOT a role for someone shy) Experience in production, live streaming, events, or social media is a plus Comfortable working behind the scenes while also being ready to actively support the host in real time Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Opportunity to grow within a rapidly scaling D2C brand Be part of a new and fast-growing live shopping initiative
