Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude. Responsibilities Lead and elevate the in-store client experience, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand's standards and culture Execute and manage all weekly product drops, launches, and high-traffic release days with strong operational organization and team leadership Manage, train, coach, and develop store teams to drive performance, accountability, and long-term growth Maintain and execute merchandising direction in alignment with brand standards and seasonal product storytelling Oversee all back-of-house operations including inventory accuracy, replenishment, shipment processing, organization, and loss prevention awareness Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations across scheduling, facilities, maintenance, vendor coordination, and operational compliance Maintain a clean, elevated, and highly organized store environment at all times Manage staffing levels, and scheduling to support peak business periods while maintaining operational efficiency Build strong relationships within the local market and community to support brand awareness and repeat clientele Lead by example with a hands-on approach, maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor and supporting the team during peak traffic and events Qualifications High school education or equivalent experience 2+ years' store management experience Customer centric with a positive attitude
