Are you ready to take charge and make a difference? Crownway Mart #3, located at 8501 Morganford Rd. in Affton, MO, is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team. We're a trusted neighborhood gas station committed to delivering excellent service and a convenient shopping experience for our customers. If you have a knack for leadership and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you! Crownway Mart is a Convenience Store and Gas Station and looking for a store manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard working and accountable for customer service and supervisory decisions that are consistent with Crownway Marts's standards, policies, and procedure. The Store Manager drives sales in a profitable and safe manner. In addition, the Store Manager will train and support the rest of the store staff in order to engage and retain qualified associates for our service-oriented organization. The Store Manager will provide leadership at all times by demonstrating our core values in a respectful and responsible manner. The ideal candidate for this position has years of managerial experience along with interpersonal skills to motivate associates.

Responsibilities:

Trade shifts with or cover shifts for employees who can not make their shifts Provide inputs about new products to drives sales Manage purchasing, inventory, and services for the store. Direct store employees in dealing with customers and store personnel. Maintain and manage records of inventory Serve as an information resource for store employees and the community. Conduct regular meetings to communicate information concerning the store to the employees and also provide important updates via messaging tool Supervise training, assigning tasks, appraising performance, disciplining, and evaluating the performance of employees. Conduct walk the store tasks and ensure other employees are conducting same multiple time during their shift Maintain a pleasant and safe working environment within the store. Ensuring Stock of cooler and shelves within predefined intervals Effectively prioritizing, organizing, delegating, and following up on store tasks to be accomplished. Keying of daily sales using company tools and reporting shortages and other discrepancies immediately
