Lucky Duckz is a new children's store in Lake Placid known for quality, unique, thoughtfully curated products and meaningful conversations with customers who value guidance they can trust. We are hiring one Store Manager focused on Guest Experience . This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing store where systems and routines are being thoughtfully built as part of our strategic plan. The Heart of This Role This is not rushed or transactional retail. This is attentive, relationship-based leadership —setting the tone for how the store feels to guests and to the team. In this role, you will: Deliver and model excellent customer service on the sales floor Lead by example through presence, warmth, and consistency Engage in thoughtful conversations with customers and children Explain why products are special, well-made, or meaningful Demonstrate products in a hands-on, approachable way Support visual presentation and displays that invite curiosity Maintain a store that feels clean, calm, and beautifully cared for Partner with ownership as systems and workflows continue to be developed This is a very active, on-your-feet leadership role .
