Aug 17, 2026 Job Description The Student Success Coordinator supports students' academic, career, and social-emotional development by assisting in the implementation of a comprehensive school counseling and student support program. Working under the supervision of a licensed school counselor and administration, this position focuses on building relationships, monitoring student progress, and coordinating support for students who may be at risk academically, behaviorally, or socially. The Student Success Coordinator collaborates with staff, families, and community resources to remove barriers to learning and promote student engagement, growth, and success while pursuing a Master's degree in Professional School Counseling (preferred).
