Summer Office Clerk

Are you looking for a productive way to spend your summer? We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our Bay City team for the upcoming season. As an exterior construction company, our summer months are our busiest and most exciting time of year (May-September). You will play a key role in keeping our office organized and our customers happy while the sun is shining! This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain professional office experience in a fast-paced, friendly environment. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with hours from Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, but some flexibility is available. Pay is $14.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and providing a welcoming voice for our clients. Using online tools and the phone to request vendor quotes and keep our projects moving. Coordinating with customers to set up their work schedules and keep our crews on track. Sending out invoices, processing customer payments, and preparing banking deposits.

Skills & Qualifications:

You enjoy talking to people and can provide clear information over the phone. You can manage multiple tasks, from invoices to schedules, with accuracy. Comfortable using online tools and basic office software. We count on you to be the face of the office throughout the summer season.
