Summer Vacation Rental Cleaner

Maine Street Property Management is hiring reliable weekend cleaners to help care for beautiful luxury vacation homes in Wells, Ogunquit, and York beginning mid-May. This role focuses on Saturday turnover cleanings between guest stays during the busy summer season. Other shifts may also be available depending on scheduling needs. Saturdays are required during peak season. Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas Change bed linens, make beds, and prepare homes for incoming guests Wash, dry, and restock towels and linens as needed Remove trash and help maintain overall cleanliness and presentation standards Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and company procedures Complete final walkthroughs to ensure homes are guest-ready Report damages, maintenance concerns, or missing items promptly Requirements Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and stay on schedule Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Dependable weekend availability throughout the summer Ability to perform physical cleaning duties including bending, lifting, standing, and carrying supplies Schedule & Pay Flexible scheduling Part-time with opportunity for additional hours Competitive pay Consistent summer weekend work available This position is ideal for college students, teachers, school staff, or anyone looking for dependable seasonal income in a beautiful coastal setting.
