Qualifications:

Holds or is eligible to obtain an Indiana Superintendent License At least 3 years of building administration experience preferred Demonstrated leadership experience in education Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to student achievement and continuous improvement Experience in school finance, personnel management, and strategic planning preferred

Responsibilities Include:

Providing leadership for all district operations and educational programs Working collaboratively with the Board of School Trustees, staff, students, parents, and community members Supporting high academic standards and student success Managing district finances and resources responsibly Promoting a positive and safe learning environment
