Superintendent - Turns & Maintenance

We're hiring a Superintendent to support field-level inspections and quality control across a portfolio of single-family rental homes. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on validating renovation work, conducting rent-ready inspections, and ensuring properties meet company and municipal standards before occupancy. You'll play a critical role in making sure homes are move-in ready, compliant, and delivered at a high standard. What You'll Do Conduct rent-ready inspections prior to move-in or listing Perform pre-construction site visits and help validate scopes of work Complete move-in / move-out inspections and document deficiencies Perform progress inspections to ensure renovation scopes are completed correctly Validate maintenance and high-cost repair work in occupied homes Meet with municipal inspectors and support occupancy inspections Conduct vacancy and marketing inspections to ensure homes stay show-ready Upload photos, notes, and inspection reports in real time using mobile tools Identify issues and coordinate follow-ups with vendors, scheduling, and internal teams Ensure properties meet company quality standards and local compliance requirements What Makes Someone Successful Here You're highly detail-oriented and notice what others miss You're comfortable being in the field daily, managing multiple properties You take ownership of quality and accountability You're proactive in flagging issues and driving resolution You're organized and consistent with documentation and reporting Requirements 2+ years of experience in field inspections, construction, or quality control Strong understanding of residential construction and renovation scopes Ability to identify deficiencies, incomplete work, and code/compliance issues Comfortable using mobile inspection tools and digital reporting systems Strong communication and coordination skills Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Preferred Qualifications Experience in SFR, property management, or renovation inspections Home inspection experience or certification Familiarity with Salesforce, SiteCapture, or similar tools Knowledge of local permitting and occupancy requirements Why Join Us High volume of properties — consistent, hands-on field work Clear ownership over inspection quality and rent-ready standards Opportunity to work across renovations, maintenance, and property ops Fast-paced environment with direct impact on occupancy and revenue

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
