Overview Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Specialist and drive excellence in managing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless product flow from procurement to delivery. Your analytical skills and proficiency with advanced ERP systems will empower you to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implement innovative solutions, and support our commitment to operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals eager to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment. Responsibilities Analyze supply chain data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process enhancement. Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to develop demand planning strategies and optimize inventory management. Utilize SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and other ERP systems to manage purchasing, inventory control, production planning, and order fulfillment processes. Lead process improvement initiatives employing Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing principles, and MRP systems to streamline operations and eliminate waste. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. Support logistics coordination by managing transportation schedules, warehouse operations, and inventory movements ensuring timely delivery. Develop dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into supply chain performance metrics for stakeholders at all levels. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or distribution environments. Strong familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to utilize data analytics tools including Tableau and Power BI for supply chain analysis. Knowledge of demand planning, procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics operations. Practical experience applying process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean principles, or Kaizen. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to complex supply chain challenges. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence positive change.
