TAPROOM TEAM Join our team! Our Cider House is hiring for seasonal full-time & part-time positions in our taproom starting April/May 2026. We are a small team operating a regenerative farm, a farm-to-table restaurant, and a craft cidery. This job is hard, but our team of chefs, farmers, and cider makers are incredibly talented, kind, and a blast to work with. You'll learn a lot from them and hopefully bring something to teach them as well. Summary

Seasonal Full Time & Part Time:

Starting Spring & Summer 2026

• Flexible Schedule 10-40 hours/week available May-Oct
• $21-24/hr average take home ($14/hour base rate, plus tips)
• Primarily daytime hours, with some evening shifts seasonally.
• Paid lunch break
• Staff discounts on a full range of farm goods, cider/wine and retail products.
• Must be available to work either Saturday, Sunday, or Friday evening and most summer holidays May-Oct.

Skills Sought The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and hospitality focused. We need positive, upbeat team players who can help us create fun and memorable experiences for our guests. A passion for craft beverage, farming, food, and storytelling is a huge plus. As a member of a small, tightly knit team, excellent communication and kindness are a must. Able to comfortably lift 45bs repeatedly (case of cider). And above all, we are looking for someone who can bring a positive, all-weather attitude to the challenging tasks of a hospitality-focused business. Job Details This job is a customer service and sales role, and is an integral part of our farm, cidery, and hospitality team. The Taproom Team works with a team of managers and chefs to create a fun and engaging hospitality experience for our customers. Daily responsibilities include hosting, engaging w/ customers, beverage service, sales & POS use, bussing tables, washing dishes, food service, cleaning, restocking, participating in occasional events, and more.
