This contract opportunity, based near Creswell, OR, is designed for dedicated professionals who are ready to travel between district locations, providing direct instruction and accessibility support to visually impaired students. The assignment is anticipated to run from mid/late August through late May/early June, with final dates to be determined according to the school calendar. Enjoy a full-time schedule of 37.5-40 hours weekly as you collaborate with faculty, students, and families to foster independence and academic achievement.

Key Qualifications:

Valid teaching certification with an endorsement in Visual Impairment (or eligibility to obtain) Experience delivering instruction to students with varying levels of visual impairment Strong understanding of Braille, assistive technologies, and adaptive tools Ability to manage a caseload traveling to multiple district sites Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Curiosity, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Primary Responsibilities:
