Qualifications:

Must hold, or be able to obtain before the start date, a valid GaPSC Paraprofessional Certification Previous paraprofessional experience in a school setting highly preferred Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week according to the school calendar Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for supporting children's educational journeys

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and management Support individual students or small groups as directed by lead educators Help implement instructional plans and reinforce learning concepts Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment Contribute to the monitoring of student progress and well-being Collaborate with staff and participate in team meetings as needed
