You'll guide a team of door-to-door canvassers, train and mentor them to generate qualified sales appointments. Lead, mentor, and support a team of door-to-door canvassers Actively participate in canvassing to set the pace and model best practices Train new team members on scripts, techniques, and company values Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community

The Ideal Team Lead Canvasser:
