Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree Essential Functions and Primary Duties Analyze and report on client and state specific requests, including ability to analyze, review, interpret, and summarize detailed medical claims and enrollment data Independently determines methodologies and approach for project Lead the development of client deliverables including written documents Manage timelines including completion of client deliverables (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.) Ensures all work products are technically peer reviewed and submitted for consulting review Actively communicates project status updates with internal team (junior and senior members) Act as a resource for support staff Participate in client meetings, client presentations and internal team meetings Hybrid work schedule available for local candidates Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in related field, or an internship 1-3 years of relevant experience in a professional environment performing actuarial, data, financial or health care related analyses and consulting Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, and preserve required licenses Thorough understanding of health care delivery, with emphasis on Medicaid Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Expertise using Microsoft Office suite Presentation skills Proficient use of applicable technology Demonstrated ability to communicate verbalBenefits
