Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a top enterprise technology client. This candidate will serve as a servant leader and program execution expert responsible for driving successful delivery across multiple Agile teams within a SAFe environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Program Management, Project Management, and Business Analysis background while facilitating Agile Release Train execution, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring strategic initiatives remain aligned with business objectives. This individual will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to lead PI planning activities, improve delivery predictability, remove impediments, and drive accountability across large cross-functional teams. The client is looking for an execution-focused RTE with hands-on SAFe experience who can successfully coordinate large-scale initiatives while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and delivery excellence. •  8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Software Delivery, or related fields
•  6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or similar Agile leadership role
•  Hands-on experience facilitating Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within a SAFe environment
•  Strong Program/Project Management background with execution-focused leadership experience
•  Experience coordinating and managing work across multiple Agile teams
•  Expertise in dependency management, critical path analysis, risk management, and delivery execution
•  Experience working within large enterprise technology organizations
•  Ability to influence and align business and technology stakeholders
•  Strong facilitation, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
•  Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management tools (Jira, Rally, VersionOne)
•  Deep understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and DevOps methodologies
•  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
•  PMP Certification (Highly Preferred)
•  SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
•  PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
•  Experience with: Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), User Story Mapping, Automated Testing
•  Experience mentoring Scrum Masters and leading Agile Communities of Practice
