This role supports the Director and Group Director in leading campaign performance reporting, delivering data-driven insights, and ensuring excellence in measurement frameworks. The Associate Director manages a team of analysts, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and serves as a trusted client contact for measurement initiatives. This individual will be deeply involved in both operational delivery and strategic development, mentoring team members and evolving the analytics function, while maintaining professionalism and poise in a fast-paced environment.
KEY OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Campaign Performance Reporting Key Responsibilities:
Ensure client reporting deliverables are accurate, timely, and provide actionable insight, elevating trust in analytics deliverables. Partner with cross-functional directors to align reporting priorities, resolve roadblocks, and maintain exceptional performance standards. Authors proposals and project scopes, and reviews partner / vendor contracts Works with the team to gather complex business requirements for campaign performance reporting and ensuring the appropriate translation into data requirements and measurement frameworks

Drive Data-Driven Insights Key Responsibilities:
Translate complex media, measurement, and other data into clear, actionable insights that shape client decisions and drive business results. Oversee QA processes to ensure data integrity, consistency, and confidence in insights delivered. Mentor team members on insight generation and storytelling to elevate the quality and impact of analytics deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights inform optimizations, media planning, and long-term measurement strategy.

Champion automation and scalable solutions that improve reporting efficiency and enable repeatable, high-quality analytics delivery. Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to enhance team effectiveness and data accuracy. Share learnings and best practices across the analytics team to drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer. Identify and pilot emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to advance Butler/Till's analytics capabilities.

Other Responsibilities:
Must demonstrate the ability to define problems, collect and review data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, package insights, and make actionable business recommendations grounded in client business context.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Finance, or Economics. o 7+ years of experience managing marketing data integrations, data science, and data-driven analyses. o 3+ years of direct managerial experience. o Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, digital and offline media data management, and strategic leadership across departments. o Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. o Ability to represent results as strategic findings and recommendations, with experience presenting to senior executives. o Experience managing a team, with the ability to demonstrate and model the importance of cross-functional collaboration.
PREFERRED
o Experience in paid media and / or marketing strategy o Experience with agency/marketing platforms such as Strata, Core, Advantage, Media Ocean, Digital DSP/DMP. o Proficiency with reporting/visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. o Familiarity with relational databases such as Snowflake, Microsoft

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
All employees, regardless of role or geographic location, are required to attend in person for onboarding during their first week of employment and annually for the Shareholder's Summit held in June. Additional travel will be expected, to include quarterly leadership development training, key/critical meetings & events, and regular visitation to the Agency headquarters.

COMPENSATION
Butler/Till is committed to providing pay transparency of our compensation philosophy and ensuring equitable pay practices for our employee owners. The compensation range for this position is $92,000- $145,000 and represents the annual salary range in Rochester, NY. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. This is just one component of Butler/Till's total compensation package for employee owners. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including ESOP (employee stock ownership plan), an annual bonus, in addition to a full benefits package, and paid time off benefits, including 100% paid parental leave. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
