Job Description
The Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics, will play a key role in managing Leadership Engagement, Salesforce Program KPI's and Sales Process KPI's and Analytics. The Manager ensures consistent, scalable reporting across the organization while leading analytics resources and delivering actionable insights aligned to enterprise objectives.
May include:
- Define, develop, and manage Salesforce Program KPIs and Sales Process KPIs aligned to business objectives
- Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into measurable performance indicators
- Design and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting for leadership engagement
- Establish and maintain standardized KPI definitions, reporting frameworks, and data governance practices
- Integrate data across systems (e.g., Salesforce, financial, operational) to deliver a unified view of performance
- Analyze trends, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes
- Support leadership reviews, operating rhythms, and executive updates with accurate and timely analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, and transformation teams to ensure alignment
- Drive adoption of analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting processes across the organization
- Lead continuous improvement of analytics capabilities, reporting accuracy, and insight quality
Nature & Scope:
- Operates with general supervision, accountable for delivery of analytics, reporting, and KPI visibility across assigned business areas
- Provides leadership and support for analytics resources, including input for direct managers on performance management, coaching, and development
- Ensures alignment of analytics deliverables with leadership priorities and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Apply established data, reporting, and governance standards while supporting enhancements as needed
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of business intelligence, analytics, and KPI development
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and related analytics/reporting tools
- Knowledge of data integration, visualization tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot or similar), and reporting frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Experience:
- 5-8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, sales operations, or a related field
- Experience defining and managing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting for business or leadership teams
- Proven experience supporting executive leadership engagement with data-driven insights and reporting
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including reporting and performance analytics
- Experience integrating and analyzing data across multiple systems (e.g., CRM, financial, operational)
- Experience leading or mentoring analytics or reporting resources, with accountability for output quality and delivery
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, IT, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
