The Gathering:
Arena. You'll take on complex, undefined problems, develop models to predict outcomes, and guide how we use analytics to understand player lifecycle and identify growth opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who can see both the big picture and the details — translating complex business questions, leading analysis projects, and helping shape our long-term player strategy. You'll partner with Arena Business leaders, Economic Analysts, Data Engineers, and Go-To-Market teams to drive data-informed decision making. What You'll Do We rely on our analysts and scientists to bring clarity to complexity. In this role, you will: Analytics- Develop empirical models to investigate the
MTG:
Arena Player lifecycle, digital play format preferences, and interactions with analog play formats. Modeling- Drawing on your aforementioned analyses, develop projections of revenue and engagement impact. Apply those models to inform digital game design, go-to-market executions, and play format strategies. Ecosystem
- Partner with other analysts to better understand Magic fandom from longtime fans to the new fans. Flex
- While your focus is Arena players, occasionally dive into other aspects of Magic to help us learn and grow the entire ecosystem. Reporting
- Build dashboards and performance reporting in Tableau to provide real-time visibility into player lifecycle interactions and key KPIs.
