Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products, internal tools, and automation systems that drive measurable business outcomes across functions such as sales, operations, customer service, supply chain, and data. Translate business strategy and operational pain points into technical priorities, scalable system designs, execution roadmaps, and shipped solutions. Lead technical and product decision-making for complex, business-critical systems with strong judgment around scalability, reliability, maintainability, and speed of execution. Take full ownership of projects across scope, architecture, resources, timelines, milestones, execution quality, and real-world adoption. Build and continuously improve AI-assisted workflows across requirement breakdown, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration. Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to gather feedback, align priorities, validate solutions, and ensure strong business adoption. Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments by creating structure, identifying opportunities, and pushing work forward without waiting for perfect direction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 5+ years of software engineering experience. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and hands-on experience in system architecture and solution design. Proficiency in common technology stacks such as Python, Java, or similar backend languages. Proven ability to independently lead medium-to-large scale projects and deliver production systems successfully. Strong execution, project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Excellent technical judgment, structured problem-solving ability, and the ability to drive progress in ambiguous environments.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
