Position Summary :
The AI Director / SME Architect serves as the enterprise technical authority for AI solution architecture and design. This role defines reference architectures, standards, and best practices that guide the development of scalable, secure, and reusable AI solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role ensures AI technologies are applied consistently and appropriately across the enterprise while aligning with platform, governance, and long‑term architecture strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Define enterprise AI reference architectures, design patterns, and technical standards Provide architectural guidance and oversight for AI initiatives across teams Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption aligned to enterprise strategy Ensure AI solutions integrate securely with enterprise platforms and systems Collaborate with governance teams to embed policy and risk requirements into solution designs Mentor engineers and architects on AI design, implementation, and best practices Act as a subject‑matter expert for complex or high‑impact AI initiatives
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in software, platform, or solution architecture roles Hands‑on experience designing and implementing AI‑enabled systems Strong understanding of scalable, secure enterprise architecture principles Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with LLMs, agent‑based architectures, RAG patterns, and orchestration frameworks Cloud architecture experience, particularly with enterprise AI services Background in API design, integration platforms, and distributed systems Experience serving as a cross‑team technical authority or SME What we offer: Corporate culture based on loyalty, integrity, & respect.
