  • Generative AI Software Engineer
  • - 6+ month contract to hire Join our Research & Development Technology team as we design cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions for next-generation systems in a collaborative, innovative environment.

You'll focus on Generative AI and advanced software for safety-critical, high-impact technology projects. This position is onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA (local candidates and those that wish to relocate will be considered).

  • + Design, develop, and run experiments to accelerate capabilities in Generative AI. + Lead and support innovative projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship. + Solve practical challenges and drive process improvements that make a real impact.

S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

+ Strong software development skills; proficient in Python and Unix/Linux.

+ Experience with Generative

AI, AI/ML

fundamentals, and deploying AI-powered applications (professionally or personally).

+ Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks (such as LangChain, Haystack).

+ Ability to develop complex systems and collaborate across teams.
