The organization has acquired multiple companies across ticketing, hospitality, gaming, and technology sectors and is looking for a trusted advisor who can combine business strategy, operational excellence, analytics, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to drive growth and profitability. This individual will work directly with the President and executive leadership team to establish scalable operating processes, build executive reporting and analytics capabilities, implement AI-powered automations, and identify opportunities to improve performance across multiple business units. This is a highly visible role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Business Portfolio Includes Ticketing and entertainment businesses Restaurant and hospitality operations Gaming and gaming-related businesses Technology investments Additional private investment holdings Key Responsibilities Portfolio Transformation Assess operational maturity, processes, data quality, reporting, and technology capabilities across portfolio companies. Design and implement scalable operating models that improve predictability, efficiency, and profitability. Identify opportunities for revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization. AI Strategy & Enablement Develop practical AI roadmaps aligned to business objectives. Evaluate and implement AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, and emerging technologies. Identify high-value use cases for AI across operations, marketing, customer engagement, analytics, and decision support. Establish AI governance, best practices, and adoption strategies. Agentic AI & Automation Design and implement AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations. Build solutions that eliminate manual work and improve decision-making. Develop reporting agents, analytics assistants, and executive intelligence dashboards. Leverage APIs and integrations across business systems. Analytics & Executive Reporting Create executive-level dashboards that provide visibility into portfolio health. Develop KPI frameworks across business units. Establish predictive reporting and performance monitoring. Build roll-up reporting that enables executive leadership to evaluate performance across investments. Investment & Financial Intelligence Support investment evaluation using AI-driven research and analytics. Assist in developing portfolio reporting and investment intelligence capabilities. Explore AI applications for market analysis, forecasting, and investment decision support. Executive Coaching & Enablement Serve as a trusted AI advisor to leadership. Simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences. Provide ongoing education and coaching on AI capabilities, risks, and opportunities. Promote practical adoption of AI throughout the organization. Required Qualifications 7+ years leading business transformation, automation, analytics, or AI initiatives. Experience implementing AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Strong understanding of generative AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. Experience designing and deploying AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations. Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI-enabled solutions. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working independently in a highly entrepreneurial environment. Preferred Experience Family office, private equity, venture capital, or investment portfolio experience. Multi-business or holding company operating experience. Experience with executive reporting and business intelligence platforms. Knowledge of gaming, hospitality, ticketing, or entertainment industries. API integration and automation experience. Experience with agentic AI architectures and emerging autonomous AI technologies. Success Measures Within the first 12 months, this individual will: Establish executive reporting across portfolio companies. Deploy multiple AI agents and business automations. Improve operational visibility and decision-making. Create repeatable processes and documentation. Identify measurable profitability improvements. Increase AI adoption across leadership teams.
