This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building things quickly, solving real business problems, and learning new technologies on the fly. You do not need to be a senior engineer. We care far more about curiosity, execution, and problem-solving ability than formal credentials. What You'll Work On You may help build: Internal dashboards Workflow automations API integrations Client portals AI-assisted operational tools Slack and communication automations Reporting systems Process improvement tools Technologies may include: React / Next.js / Python and More Supabase / SQL or Similiar Zapier Slack APIs AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, and Replit What We're Looking For Preferred Skills Comfortable learning new technologies quickly Basic understanding of APIs and integrations Experience using AI-assisted coding tools Some experience with JavaScript, Python, or web development Strong problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and move quickly Bonus Points Built personal projects or side projects Experience with automation tools Startup mindset Interest in UI/UX and operational systems Familiarity with databases or dashboards What Success Looks Like Turning ideas into working systems quickly Improving operational efficiency Helping automate repetitive processes Building tools employees actually enjoy using Becoming a trusted technical problem solver within the organization Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if: You love building things You enjoy experimenting with AI tools You prefer fast-moving environments over corporate structure You like solving messy real-world problems You have side projects or things you've built for fun You're ambitious and eager to grow quickly
