IT Job Description Role - Agent Builder Location - Malvern, PA or Dallas, TX & Charlotte, NC Contract We are seeking an Agent Builder with 6-8 years of experience in software development and cloud technologies to build AI-powered agents using Amazon Bedrock. The ideal candidate will have experience developing conversational AI solutions, RAG applications, and integrating enterprise data sources. Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Amazon Bedrock.
- Build conversational AI and task-based agent workflows.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data.
- Integrate agents with APIs, enterprise applications, and AWS services.
- Perform prompt engineering, testing, and performance optimization.
- Implement security, access controls, and governance best practices. Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in Software Development, Cloud, or AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience building chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI agents.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and API integrations.
- Understanding of AWS services and security best practices. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Q for Business.
- Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of AWS Lambda, S3, OpenSearch, and API Gateway.
- Experience in BFSI or other regulated industries.
