Job Title Aerodynamics Expert - AI Trainer Job Type Contractor Compensation Structure Compensation is output-based. Experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert's experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply, and experts are expected to complete a minimum number of tasks per week. Location Remote Job Summary In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required—your expertise in aerodynamics, computational fluid dynamics, and aerospace engineering is what matters most. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex aerodynamic challenges, providing detailed technical feedback and engineering insights. Develop, review, and refine technical documentation related to aerodynamics, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and thermofluids. Create and improve educational and technical materials that support AI model training and reasoning. Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance of technical content, offering constructive feedback and recommendations. Collaborate remotely with subject matter experts to maintain technical standards and improve project workflows. Translate complex theoretical and experimental engineering concepts into clear, actionable knowledge for AI training. Required Skills and Qualifications PhD in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aerodynamics or Thermofluids , or a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant aerospace industry experience. Deep expertise in aerodynamics, CFD, and computational or experimental fluid dynamics. Strong technical writing skills with experience producing reports, documentation, or scientific publications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts clearly. Experience conducting technical reviews, engineering evaluations, or consulting work. Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, multidisciplinary environments. Strong analytical thinking and attention to technical accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting AI, engineering data annotation, or technical knowledge management projects. Background working in aerospace research, simulation, or product development. Experience collaborating with distributed engineering or research teams.
