Hybrid Job Description Position Summary We are seeking an AI Engineer to help design, build, and enhance enterprise AI solutions that drive document intelligence, knowledge discovery, and decision support. This role will play a critical part in developing AI powered applications that enable employees to efficiently access and leverage organizational information. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing AI powered chat applications, document analysis platforms, and Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, cloud based AI capabilities that support enterprise growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities • Develop and optimize AI powered chat, search, and document intelligence platforms • Design, build, and enhance RAG pipelines, vector search solutions, and semantic retrieval capabilities • Develop backend APIs and AI services using Python, FastAPI, and modern cloud technologies • Extract, classify, analyze, and enrich large volumes of enterprise documents using NLP and Generative AI technologies • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, cloud environments, and authentication platforms • Support production deployments through monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions • Contribute to architecture decisions, platform enhancements, and AI product innovation initiatives Key Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Linguistics, or a related field • 2+ years of experience developing AI, NLP, machine learning, or LLM based applications • Strong experience building APIs and production grade software solutions • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript development • Deep understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and information retrieval • Experience deploying and supporting cloud based applications and services • Experience working with GPT, Claude, LangChain, or similar large language model frameworks • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AWS services including ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, and Bedrock • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of MongoDB and enterprise scale data architectures • Experience with MLOps, observability platforms, and monitoring frameworks • Familiarity with enterprise authentication technologies including OAuth and LDAP • Master's degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field Core Technologies • Python • JavaScript • TypeScript • FastAPI • Node.js • GPT • Claude • LangChain • NLP • Retrieval Augmented Generation • Vector Databases • MongoDB • AWS • Docker • Kubernetes • CI/CD Why Join This Opportunity • Work on cutting edge AI initiatives that directly impact enterprise productivity and decision making • Collaborate with talented engineers, data professionals, and business leaders • Build innovative solutions using modern AI, cloud, and software engineering technologies • Gain exposure to large scale enterprise AI deployments and emerging technologies Apply Today If you are passionate about building AI powered solutions and want to help shape the future of enterprise knowledge and document intelligence, we would love to hear from you.
