Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience in building predictive models, analyzing large datasets, and delivering actionable business insights. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and programming, along with experience working in cloud-based environments. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets. Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models for business use cases. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering. Build predictive and classification models using statistical and ML techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. Design and implement A/B testing frameworks and evaluate model performance. Create dashboards and reports using visualization tools. Optimize data pipelines and automate analytical workflows. Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or related role. Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and/or R . Experience with SQL and relational databases. Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms such as: Regression Classification Clustering Time Series Forecasting Recommendation Systems Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus. Knowledge of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop is preferred. Experience using Git and CI/CD practices. Preferred Skills NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI experience. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Experience with Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and LLM application development. Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, Databricks, or Google Cloud. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

$110,030.48 - $132,509.81 per year
